Comprehensive Internal Examination

The test carries out a medical examination of the interior of the body, usually through a natural body opening, by the insertion of a lighted optical shaft or open tube.

රෝගියා දැනුවත් කිරීම

පරීක්ෂණය පිළිබඳව

කැමරාව සහිත කුඩා බටයක් මුඛය මගින් ගලනාලය හරහා ආමාශය වෙත යැවීම සිදු කරයි.
මෙම පරීක්ෂණය සඳහා නිර්වින්න ‌ෙඖෂධයක් උගුරට විදීම (ස්ප්‍රේ කිරීම) මගින් හිරි වැට්ටවීම සිදු කරනු ලබන අතර එමගින් බටය ආමාෂය වෙත යැවීම පහසු කරයි. මෙම හිරි ගතිය පරීක්ෂණය අවසන්වී කෙටි වේලාවක් යනතුරු පවතී.
මෙහිදී රෝගියා නාසය මගින් හොඳින් හුස්ම ඉහල පහල ගෙන ශරීරය සැහැල්ලුවෙන් තබාගෙන සිටීම මගින් මෙම පරීක්ෂණය සාර්ථකව කර ගැනීමට හැකියාව ලැබෙනු ඇත.

සූදානම් වන්නේ කෙසේද?

1 උපවාසය: පරීක්ෂණයට පෙරදින රාත්‍රියට සැහැල්ලු ආහාරයක් ගෙන පසු දින උදෑසන 8.00 සිට පරීක්ෂණය නිමවන තුරු නිරාහාරව සිටිය යුතුය. (උදෑසන තේ, කිරි, කෝපි ආදී පාන වර්ග ගැනීමෙන් වලකින්න. අවශ්‍යනම් වතුර පමණක් පානය කල හැක).
2 ඇඳුම් පැළඳුම්: උදරය ලිහිල් වන පරිදි සැහැල්ලු ඇදුමක් ඇඳ සිටිය යුතුයි.
3 ඉවත් කළ යුතු දේ: කෘතීම දත් (Dentures), ඇස් කන්නාඩි සහ බඳපටි ඉවත් කර සිටිය යුතුයි.
4 වාර්තා: වෛද්‍ය වාර්තා, රසායනාගාර වාර්තා, ස්කෑන් පරීක්ෂණ වාර්තා ආදිය රැගෙන පරීක්ෂණයට අවම වශයෙන් පැය භාගයකටවත් ප්‍රථම පැමින සිටීම අවශ්‍ය වේ.
