**Integrated Diagnostic Services:** Access to 24-hour **Laboratory, X-Ray, ECG, and Ultra Sound** right next to the unit.
**Dedicated Critical Care Transfers:** Seamless transfer protocols to our Intensive Care Units (ICU) and High Dependency Units (HDU) if required.

Our team is composed of highly experienced personnel trained in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and trauma management:

We are ready for pre-arrival preparation.

We follow a structured protocol to ensure the fastest possible care for critically ill and injured patients:

**Triage:** Immediate assessment by a specialized nurse to determine urgency (within minutes of arrival).
**Stabilization:** Rapid intervention by the RMO/Emergency Physician in dedicated resuscitation bays.
**Diagnostic Phase:** Quick access to essential tests (blood work, imaging) for a decisive diagnosis.
**Treatment/Transfer:** Initiation of definitive treatment or immediate transfer to specialized units (ICU/OT) as needed.
